PICTURE RETAKES
School Picture Retakes have been RESCHEDULED for Thursday, December 10, 2009. Students who are new to the school, were absent when pictures were taken in October or wish to have their picture retaken may have their picture taken. Order forms are available in the Main Office and payment is due when the students picture is taken. For students who wish to have their picture retaken, the original portrait package must be returned to the photographers on December 10. Pictures will be taken during students PE class. For students who do not have PE on December 10; announcements will be made at various times throughtout the day by grade level for those students who do not have PE. Please call the Office at 703.670.6166 with any questions.

School Fusion and Edulink/ITOL Update for 2009-10
PASSCODE PICKUP FOR FUSION AND EDULINK
NOTE: USER IDS AND PASSWORDS HAVE CHANGED FROM LAST YEAR.
You must create a new account this year.
School Fusion and Edulink Passcodes (required to create a parent access account) may be picked up from the school office between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Please bring a current photo ID with your current address with you for verification. If your photo id does not have your current address, please bring your photo id with a recent bill with your current home address and name on it. You must create a new account this year.
School Fusion allows you to receive email alerts for due dates on assignments and provides a great way to see what is going on each day in class with your student. Edulink provides access to your student's grades and allows parents to update their child's emergency information online.
PLEASE ALLOW 48 HOURS AFTER CREATING YOUR SCHOOL FUSION ACCOUNT BEFORE TRYING TO ACCESS EDULINK!!

PLEASE NOTE:
- Usernames must be at least 4 characters
- If users enter more than a 12 character username or password in School Fusion, EduLink chops the username and password at 12 characters
- The following characters in the logins are not valid (‘ ~ ! , # $ % ^ & * ( ) - + = < > ; : \ “ [space] ) and you will not be able to log in.
- You MUST link to your student(s) in Fusion before you can log into Edulink - allow 48 hours after linking to your student(s).
- After changing your password, you will not be able to use it for Edulink access for about 48 hours (3 days if you change it on Friday).
